The deal in plain English

You pay your subscription, you get access to Bidwell. You retain ownership of your knowledge-base content. We bill via Stripe. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. We do not lock anyone in.

Acceptable use

Standard rules. Do not abuse the service, do not break the law with it, do not try to reverse-engineer it, and do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Your content

Knowledge-base content you upload remains yours. We process it on your behalf to deliver the service. We do not sell it, share it with other customers, or use it to train shared models.

AI output

AI-drafted content is a first draft. You are responsible for reviewing every response before submitting it to a buyer. Bidwell cannot guarantee a tender win and is not liable for procurement outcomes.

Liability

Where allowed by law our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
