Our honest take
Why we built Bidwell
Loopio is one of the best-known RFP response platforms in the world. It is well-built, well-funded and used by serious enterprise teams across North America.
It is also priced for those teams: typically several hundred dollars per seat per month, annual contracts, sales-led.
Bidwell is built for the other end of the market: UK SMBs bidding on public-sector contracts who would benefit from automation but cannot justify enterprise pricing or workflow complexity. £20 or £30 a month, self-serve, UK-focused, public-sector defaults.
If you are an enterprise team, Loopio is genuinely a strong choice. If you are an SMB or a UK public-sector specialist, the Loopio fit is poor and Bidwell is what you want.
Bidwell pricing
£20 to £30 / month
Bidwell is £20 or £30 a month. Even the £30 plan costs less per year than a single Loopio seat does per month.
Loopio pricing
Several hundred USD per seat per month (enterprise)
Loopio does not publish public pricing; industry reports place it in the enterprise range.
